It seems a strange phenomenon that people of similar incomes end up with vastly different amounts of wealth.
Most of the workers in most work places battle through life like all of the others. However, inevitably there is that one person who owns a lot more, paid their home off 15 years ago, now pay off their many investment properties in quick time, has better holidays, better cars, kids go to better schools, could already retire on the passive (unearned) incomes etc.
Some people just seem to “do it easy”. It’s as if they are able to walk on water.
