THE RICH GET RICHER

Why?

They say that:

10% of the world’s population controls 90% of the wealth.

Others say that when you include the secret wealth (or at least the wealth that is not easily visible) such as held by super rich families such as the Rothschilds it becomes:

1% of the worlds population control 99% of the wealth.

Whatever the true figure is, here is the reason for it.

Capitalism is something that arrived on the scene with the intention of benefiting everyone, but has been perverted into a system that predominantly enriches the few.

Most people think they are doing ok, but they are not. Unknowingly, they are pawns in the system.

Wealth can only grow properly when most of your income is not consumed, but is set aside to create wealth and accordingly create extra income – and that creates even more wealth and income – endlessly, on and on.

According to the pioneering, world respected book by French economist and professor Thomas Picketty, throughout history, wealth has grown by around 5% per annum, whereas incomes have increased by around 2% per annum. You just can’t save your way to wealth from mere income. It is easy to see that the best way to increase your wealth (and accordingly passive incomes) is to own income producing assets that increase in value over time. Such assets would give you income that can be used to own even more income producing assets.

Poor people have no money left over to invest with. Middle class people have a little bit of money left over to invest with, but not enough to make any significant difference. Rich people live on only a small portion of their income. The majority of their income is available to be invested – and that accordingly creates even more wealth and ever more income. The compounding effect goes on and on, year after year, generation after generation. The below will give a visual on what we mean, using various personal incomes.

“The rich become richer”

“Those who have, receive more”. This is actually said in the Bible.

And this goes on generation after generation. The greatest source of wealth now is inheritance. The wealth from one generation supercharges the wealth of the next.

The rich get richer while the poor and middle class remain frozen in place.
